Reserve the Clubhouse

The clubhouse will reopen for reservations on Monday, May 19. Please complete the form below for any reservation requests. The clubhouse chairperson will reply within 48 hours to confirm or deny your request.

Who can use the clubhouse

The clubhouse can be reserved only by a Village Green resident. The resident must be present at the clubhouse during the activity (for insurance purposes).

Using the clubhouse

The day before your reservation, you will receive the keypad code to the clubhouse. This code works for the front door. In the clubhouse, there is a green folder with a reservation checklist. Please complete the appropriate parts prior to and after your rental. You are responsible for cleaning the clubhouse and restoring it to its original condition. After your event, you are responsible for locking the clubhouse using the keypad.
