Who Can Use the Clubhouse

The clubhouse can be reserved only by a Village Green resident. The resident must be present at the clubhouse during the activity (for insurance purposes).

Using The Clubhouse

Once you have a reservation for the clubhouse, you will need to make arrangements to pick up the key.

After the event, you are responsible for returning the clubhouse to a condition ready for the next use. This includes removing all trash, sweeping the floor, replacing paper towels, etc. We have a checklist to help you remember all the things that need to be done.

Once the event is completed, please return the key as soon as possible so it will be available for the next event.
