Homeowner Rules

Village Green is organized as a homeowner’s association (HOA), with bylaws that govern its operation. In addition, in order to maintain the character of the neighborhood, there are covenants and restrictions in place that affect VG residents’ use and development of their property. Related documents are linked on this page, and rules governing the use of the major HOA-controlled amenities in VG are included in the bylaws. 

The board meets the second Sunday of the month at 7:00 pm. The meetings are held at the clubhouse, however during construction they are held at Farragut Presbyterian Church: 209 Jamestowne Blvd, Farragut, TN.
