No other membership or voting rights in the Village Green Homeowners Association are being conveyed to the purchaser. The membership includes the Purchaser and all members of his or her family who are residents of the Purchaser's household. This membership is valid for one year beginning January 1 through December 31 of the same year regardless of the date of acceptance by and payment to Village Green. There will be no proration of fees based on date joining except when joining after the pools are closed for the year when the rate drops 75% to 25% of the current, annual membership fee. There is no guaranty or promise that recreational memberships will be offered in future years. The cost of membership regardless of family size is $350.00 per year. Purchaser must be at least 18 years old. Memberships are nontransferable and nonrefundable. The Purchaser and all family members agree to abide by all rules and regulations as may be amended of the Village Green Homeowner's Association including but not limited to the Swimming Pool and Tennis Court Rules. It is specifically understood that any violation of the rules and regulations or abuse of the facilities may result in the loss of privileges and/or forfeiture of the membership. Appropriate disciplinary action may be taken by the Association's Board of Directors in accordance with the Covenants and Restrictions, By-Laws and established practice. Recreational members assume the risk of loss or injury whole using any facilities, and shall hold harmless the Village Green Homeowners Association and Board of Directors.
